
Stonebarn's black truffle oil contains black perigord truffle pieces, grown on their own trufflerie and expertly infused with extra virgin olive oil. Offering a rich earthy flavour which adds an unmatched flavour and aroma to any dish. Truffle oil should be used as a finishing oil. Drizzle over salads, grilled meat, fish or poultry and then of course the perennial favourites; pasta, risotto and pizza.
