Pangkarra Wholegrain Lavosh is a deliciously crisp cracker, which contains Pangkarra Wholegrain Durum Flour and 100 percent natural ingredients. The lavosh is a superior product, with a nutty, grainy taste and crunchy texture.
The flour used in Pangkarra Wholegrain Lavosh is made from 100 percent durum wheat from the farm in the Clare Valley. The grain has been traditionally stone milled to ensure the flavours of the grain remain inherent. Because the flour has been stone milled, it retains the whole grain—i.e. all three components of the grain– the wheat germ, the endosperm and the bran. This means the essential vitamins and minerals have not been separated and removed in the milling process.
